My unit is getting a Suction tube sensor error (E2) and no longer makes ice. How do we fix whatever is wrong?
-
The item shows E02 because: 1. It cannot pump water, there is no water drop off from evaporator. If this cause the problem, we can send a new pump. 2. Flap is stuck. We need to adjust the flap. If the above two are not the reason, can you take a video to show more information about the problem?

What to do if the ice cube is too thick?
-
It is because that the ambient temperature is too low, pls reduce the time of each ice making cycle.

When does the ice maker drain the water? Is it automatic? Most important, is the water drained out by gravity or is the water pumped out of the unit?
-
The ice machine drains through gravity, puting down the pipes, then gravity begins to drain..

This stopped making ice the whole sheet of cubes freezes over does not let go of the ice it just turns in to 1 big blob of ice.
-
If the ice is full, it is normal to touch the ice full probe 2. The problem that the ice cubes are fused into a ball, because our ice maker does not have a thermal insulation function, and it cannot be left for too long after making ice. You needs to remove the ice cubes in time.

Turn unit off 2 hours later turn unit on show ice being made, about 30 minutes later, shows E2 error flashing, and turn unit off.
-
Usually it is the difference between the ambient temperature and the room temperature and the long-term use does not turn off, or it only appears when it is just started. There is no problem and it can be used normally If it appears please shut down, unplug the power, and start again after 15 minutes..

The ice wont stay, it melts… once a day it drops a few cubes but those all melt
-
This is an ice maker, it doesn’t have a heat preservation effect. After the ice is made, it needs to be put in the refrigerator to freeze from melting.
