Ordered it for a cabin in the NC mountains as we had a few weeks of high temperatures ( unusual for this area, open windows usually suffice). This was perfect and kept the bedroom cool while needed. Have packed it away to use again if needed.

Great buy for localized cooling

We needed some kind of cooling unit for my daughters room as the upstairs of our house gets pretty warm and the vent doesn’t cool her room very well.It was easy enough for me to set up after having to have my son cut off a few inches from the sliding part so that it wouldn’t be too wide for my35” wide horizontal window opening. It seems like it was meant to install into a vertical type window, Great product

How often will I need to drain it if continuously on? How much water will it contain? So I make sure my container is large enough.

Temperature, humidity, and mode will all affect the amount of water drained. If you don't like the hassle of pouring water all the time, you can connect a drain hose to use it. Dehumidification mode must be connected to the drain.

I dont know about transportation but I took it out if his package vertically, I would love to see if I can do something before I will send it back! It is any way that I can test it for cooling? Fan works , in chilling mood works too just doesn't blow cold air!
