04/05/2024I bought this as my contribution to the family reunion . It now does 2 family reunions every year and outside parties. The kids love it and the grown-ups love the sausages on it. It\'s cooked a lot and cleans up easy.

Good Customer Service Communication
01/25/2024I was pleasantly surprised by Costway's response to my complaint. They couldn't fix a design problem, but they were responsive. The trouble is that the shield falls apart when you try to take it off for cleaning. The only thing holding it together is that it is mounted on the roller itself. Being glass, that is a problem. And cleaning the rollers is far easier with the shield removed. When I posted my first review about the problem, I received an email back from them within a day, and three more back-and-forth emails explaining the problem and discussing solutions. The unit cooks hot dogs great. And, although they couldn't change the design to fix my problem, they tried.

07/12/2023We entertain a lot, we always have big parties at the house and our camp site. This may, we had a surprise 50th Bday party for my wife. I had about 50 guests here, everyone dressed 80s/90s, I hired a live band to place 80s/90s music all night. We had Hot dogs, Pizza, a bunch of smoked stuff from my smoker... This thing hold like 20+ hotdogs. I was putting multiple packs at a time on there and I could not get it full enough, people were really loving it. I've used it a dozen times since then and zero complaints..

Costway representative - Q:Just received my hot dog roller EP19235 and the brace/bracket that holds the three pieces of glass together at the top was not in the box.
