I like that the pellet compartment is separate from grilling compartment. Love the small size. Good smoke. Good flavor. For the price, I am happy with it. Use it just for 2 people and am not fussy or joining any grilling contests. However, there is no heat plate between the pellet fire box and the food above, so grease drops down onto the pellets and they tend to flame up and cook food faster instead of low and slow which I prefer. Since rack does not adjust, I added my own rack on top which raises the food higher above the pellet box and heat. Also, it takes some effort to remove the smoker's rack for cleaning. Bottom of smoker does not get too hot but for my own safety and peace of mind, I slide a cookie sheet under the smoker to protect my outdoor wooden countertop I have placed it on. You do have to put on the legs, but it was very easy. My reasons for not giving a 5-star review are: Rack not adjustable, rack difficult to remove, grease drips onto pellets.

Grill works good but mine came with foot pieces missing and the pellet hopper will not hold 13 lbs of pellets. Other wise its small but good

Seemingly a good product. After using it two or three times it’s gotten kind of loud. Meaning the auger and blower seem to have gotten louder which makes me concerned about the overall quality. But as of now, it works perfectly and actually adds great. Smoky taste.

When I did the first burn off, the flame got so high it took the paint right off the top of my grill. Is this normal and the temperature does not regulate. If I set it at 300 the guage shows all the way to 386 then goes back down to 253 and goes up and down. Wii this stop?

I'm having trouble regulating my smoking temperature. I have it set on smoke, and it went all the way up to 280 and has fallen back to 260. I want it to be no higher than 200! How do I regulate the smoking temperature?
