My wife has a serious disease and was starting to have cramps in her back. combining this with exercise and good nutrition, her back cramps
have moderated substancially. She uses this repeatedly and she enjoys the lowest setting masage. It will be interesting, how well it holds up.
Plans are to order a back up since it has been excellent at releaving her of cramps. Shipping was very prompt.

Th me only dislike I have is that it goes in 15 minute intervals. But that is ok with it being a heating pad you don’t want to have too much heat on you for a long period of time. Other than that, this mat is GREAT! It really helps with my sciatica
