    Great but ridiculous to unpack

    08/29/2022

This is a great cooking table for camping but while unpacking it from the box each metal slate was individually wrapped in plastic AFTER it was strung together. Was an absolute pain getting the plastic off.

    it is set on elastic

    04/29/2022

I like most of it but the fact that the top is maintained by braided elastics (i suppose that they will extend in time) I do not expect it will last a long time but for the rest it is ok

Easy to set up, sturdy despite being lightweight

    09/09/2020

I use this for car camping, for grilling in the backyard, and even played a session of Dungeons & Dragons on it next to a creek. The legs deploy easily and the tabletop is easy to snap into place. Rolling the tabletop out and back up are both easy. The slats on the tabletop are individually shrinkwrapped. This protected the metal during transit, but took three friends and I about 10 minutes to remove the first time I used it.

    Terribly Flimsy & Wobbly

    03/30/2020

I got given 2 of these over the holidays (as it was an example link in my wish list), but unfortunately I'm going to be returning them both asap. I just opened one up in my apartment to see what assembly and size was like, & not only is it incredibly wobbly, but in scooting just a few feet across a flat linoleum floor, the supports for the accordion -style tabletop came apart & fell completely off. I got this for vending my wares at craft & art festivals, & with how wobbly and unsturdy it is, i don't feel safe placing my handmade items & displays on this. It might work fine for a quick half hour brekky at camp (if you're still, careful, & on flat land), but from what I can tell it looks like it likes to fall apart... There was no way to secure/lock the table frame in place so it doesn't collapse at the least provocation, there's no way to secure the two tabletop support rods together (no locking or screw mechanisms; they just slide together- and apart), & there's no way to secure the tabletop supports to the table's frame... It all just seems to rely on gravity, tension, & a prayer. I love how light it is & that there are no small parts to fuss with, the ease of assembly and the aluminum finish. But it's -so wobbly & weak feeling.. I wouldn't trust anyone to put any real weight on it, nor for it to stay up & intact for extended periods of time. So I'll be returning both, as i simply don't trust this to be sturdy enough to safe enough for me or my items & displays. One good bump or jostle by me or a careless patron, & this those Thing'd be gone. Either knocked completely over or collapsed entirely into itself, with the tabletop heaven knows where and in what state. Design idea: maybe make larger/fewer "plates" for the tabletop, so is less fluid & wobbly..? And definitely give it some kind of locking system, so you can be sure all the pieces will stay where you put them, once the table's up...
