We live in AZ and have a patio with windows and the room gets really hot in the summer time even with black-out drapes. I have this unit set at 86° and it is so comfortable in there. It will be a pleasure to begin using this added living space in our home. It's very efficient and VERY quiet.

This unit runs well. Quiet. Almost no noise. This unit uses about as much power as a refrigerator, space heater, or microwave, so it's no big deal. Highly recommended!

This unit is Awesome so far.

This unit is very responsive to changing from air to heat. It keeps my garage at a comfortable temperature per my settings without any type of strain on the unit. Time will tell once the summer heat arrives but all is well currently. The only downside is it needs better instructions on the different modes and functions.

A:
Air tube 5/8 inch, liquid tube 1/4 inch, but also note that to extend the copper tube is required to make up the refrigeration fluid, 1m make up 30g, otherwise the refrigeration fluid will not be enough.

I recently purhased one of your mini split. I had the inside thermostat set on 62 degrees. The outside temps dropped down in the 20's last night. The Outside unit running hard louder so I went outside to check had Frost built up all over the air intake the outdoor unit could not get in air from he frost. How do I defrost this Unit? Also should I have the thermostat set warmer like 65 67 degrees?
A:
When using air conditioning, if the outdoor temperature is lower than 41 °F, then the evaporation temperature of the heat exchanger of the air conditioning external unit will be lower than 32°F (0 ℃), at which time the moisture in the air will condense into frost on the air conditioning outdoor unit, which is a normal phenomenon. To meet the conditions, the air conditioning in the heating mode will run at least 50 minutes and then start automatic defrost, you can also remove the back of the mesh cover to enhance the defrost effect. If it still doesn't work, you can use a small amount of hot water to melt the ice on the chassis, and the back will work normally. Also, the setting does seem a little low, you can turn it up a few warmer for normal use.
