Have had this for two and half years. Plays music and will go forward or backward with multiple color lights in front. Battery holds a charge for long time doesn\'t need a lot of charging. Rides great and is still loved after two and half years of riding the motorbike.

Does this situation occur as soon as you receive it or after receiving it for a long time? Does nothing work or just no lights, music? Does the charger heat up when it is charging? If no lights or music, please confirm whether the lights and music lines are connected correctly..

Is the car forward or backward switch pressed?The car cannot move in the neutral state.If you press it and the car still can't move, you can try to replace the fuse in the fuse tube, there is a spare (placed on the fuse glass tube of the body line,open the seat , it is near the battery connection line) .If it still does not work, you need to change the battery .
