t is easy to assemble

This treadmill is not a behemoth, so it fits well in smaller spaces. it is easy to assemble...just raise the safety bar and add the arm attachments. It comes with good instructions and safety features. The cord is detachable, fits into the bottom of the treadmill at the point of the power switch. It is a low noise piece of equipment . The display tracks speed, distance, and calories, and speed is easy to adjust. As far as maneuverability, it is a real treadmill, so it is heavy, and you should have a carpet or equipment pad for it, but a single person of modest fitness can easily move it.

After more than a month testing using, I would love to recommend to every one who wanna get a compact treatmil. I run 5-7 miles every day and speed could up to 7.5 as photo showed. I am 180 lbs and with no any issues in this high speed running, just wanna said the quality is really good. The other advantages is the compact size and convertible. Some time I will fold it down and move to under my office desk, it could work as a walking pad too. I could do some slowly walking during in work . It's perfect to me and I believe also perfect for people who work from home and wanna do aerobies home.

Make fitness a daily habit! Love it

I'm so busy, with full-time work, and taking care of whole-day meals for my three family members. I barely have time to go to the gym. Since I got this treadmill, It allows me to continue to do my kitchen work while exercising every day. Sometimes, I can also walk on the treadmill while listening to live broadcasts at home. Since getting this treadmill, I have spent more time exercising, and running and walking have gradually become a habit. Love it!!

Turn on the power supply of the Treadmill, long press the minus button of the remote control for three seconds, and then find the connection in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. Press and hold the minus button for another 3 seconds to disconnect Bluetooth.

I’m 5’ 9” tall and reviewers that are 5’2” to 5’4” say it just fits their stride, so would it be too short for me? Also, does this work well on a carpet? Should a mat be put under it?

The running belt size is 40 * 16 inches. It is not suitable for use on carpets which can easily cause the motor to overheat.
