I was unable to get the control center screwed in since the whole in the frame don't line up with the holes in the control center, so, I duct taped it.

I actually bought this for myself, in an effort to get up and move more during my workday. But ever since putting it together, my son has decided it's more useful for him as he trains for the upcoming track season so I haven't had much time on it yet. Guess I'll just have to use it while he's at school! Either way, it's a win win for us. The only downside I've experienced so far is that it's louder than I expected so it's not something I can use when the kids are asleep. Not a big deal, though. Looking forward to a healthier 2022 with this product!

I just set this treadmill up. Overall, I'm happy with the treadmill. It's light and it folds up enough that it fits in the corner nicely without taking up too much space. Only complaint is that the treadmill arrived with very beat up packaging, and I think one of the foot cap screws (the flathead screw on the bottom) fell out during shipping, as there was a hole in the package due to the rough handling. I haven't tried using it yet, but so far so good.

I needed a treadmill for low impact exercise (walking) and this treadmill works perfectly. It runs smoothly with very little noise so I can watch my shows while walking. Assembly was simple, it did come with a missing part and the company took care of the problem swiftly. Customer service was great and my problem was taken care in a few days including receiving the part. Will purchase my next treadmill from this company.

I've had my treadmill for about a year now. It's perfect for walking, not sure about running as I use it for walking only. Doesn't take a lot of room when folded and it's super easy to fold and unfold! It worked great until my display stopped working. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a new display plus $50 for the inconvenience. Happy with the outcome. Would recommend.

We did not want one of those huge machines with all the bells and whistles and price tag. We wanted a basic treadmill that was easy to move around and would not look like an aircraft carrier in our room. This fits the bill. Simple electronics for speeds, presets, calories burned and heart beats per minute- runs a little high. Price was great. Instructions a bit clunky on setup but easy enough to figure out. Good machine great price.

Received this today and was pretty quick and easy to put together and set up. Haven't used it yet except briefly after setup. Seemed to work well so far from what we have seen.

Used it almost everyday especially when it got cold outside. It was small enough for my guess room. It just started making a noise. I called support and the communication was mostly email but it was very clear and understanding. The support respond quickly and sent me an upgrade. Can’t wait to use it.

The treadmill works very well. I just don't like that it does not totally fold up flat so, I leave it down. There is no slipping or sliding when you walk on the treadmill. I would definitely buy again.

The Electric Folding Treadmill, is my first treadmill that I have had the pleasure to own. After setup and my first use it appears to be just what I need to start getting back into some kind of shape after a TKR. I am very please with it.

We had one bolt missing when we started to setup the thread mill but customer service fixed the problem . Other than that easy to setup and works well so far.

It came way before the estimated time, and is in great condition! Can’t wait to get it all set up.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive about this treadmill but after using it everyday for over a month now, I absolutely love it! It is strong, fits well in my tiny bedroom and I easy to fold. I think it's a good deal for the price.

The item came earlier than expected. It was packaged well and the instructions were straightforward and the setup was quick about 45 minutes to open, unpack and assemble. First, this treadmill is not terribly heavy. This was a good thing since we had to get it upstairs! Once out of the box, it required VERY minimal assembly. Mostly, it just seemed to have a few screws removed to facilitate packing. So there you have it, easy assembly, easy folding, and easy storage!

For the price this treadmill is a solid treadmill. I have used it for walking only so far and am enjoying it thus far!

Purchased this treadmill for an upstairs bedroom, so far I am very pleased with it. It is small enough for the space and suits my needs I’ve been walking on it everyday for up to 2 hours. It is not super quiet and I will probably have to buy a mat to go underneath for hardwood floor protection but assembly was easy. So far so good.

Loved the treadmill but I did have a problem with it but when I emailed customer service contacted me immediately and walked me thru how to fix the situation maybe due to my age I was unable to fix it so they sent me a new one right away. I was so impressed with this company. The new one is working perfectly. Thank you for all your help.

I love this treadmill. It's been great so far! But! I don't put it up since it won't fold all the way up and stays at an angle. That didn't bother me so I just left it down and open. I noticed the belt was towards the right and so I lifted the bottom and saw that it was way towards the right that it ruined a bit of the belt at its edge. I didn't think about checking sooner because it was working fine. I tried pulling it to center it but it won't move. I'm afraid that the more I use it, the more it will slide towards the right and ruin the belt.

I got this treadmill from my father as Christmas gift last Christmas. It work great for a about 8 months however after 8 months, it kept having problems. It would turn on and start but the tread won't move at all. I reach out to the company by email and they reach back within 24 hours. I got my replacement after a week.

The instructions were unclear and the bolts, washers, and nuts were provided with the wrong sizes or completely missing. After a trip to the hardware store and an educated guess at the instructions, the treadmill works great.

I bought my first Costway treadmill 2 years ago work great but then had a small issue with the main electric motherboard needed to be replaced to work again. This treadmill is exactly what I wanted. I'm a 77 year old woman and can fold it up and move it by myself. The walking surface is sufficiently wide, and it has plenty of bells and whistles. I am well satisfied with my purchase. I only use this treadmill for walking so have no opinion regarding running on it.

Works great… I had a little trouble with getting the belt centered but once I figured it out it works great.

It is an adequate machine for 3-4x/week walk/run. As a elderly guy it is more than I need, not sure a young-me would find it enough to sustain a daily run; I think I would need a more substantial machine. Otherwise, would recommend.

I’ve had the machine for a little over 3 weeks. Started fast waking 30 minutes per day and this week walking 1 hour per day. Lost 5 lbs so far. It’s smaller than a normal treadmill so good if you’re petite. Assembly was ok, no problems to mention. Good value for the $, I just hope it will last a long time.

This treadmill is very quiet, folds up, and operates flawlessly.

Better than expected.

At this point, all is functioning as advertised. Setup was fairly easy, however, there was one part of the setup that caused some consternation. The handlebar/computer part did not align with the two uprights where the handlebar was to be attached. With quite some exertion pulling the two uprights apart both parts were finally aligned and ultimately attached.

I bought this 8 months ago for my daughter as our first home treadmill and it's been working great. She weighs140 lbs, uses it 4x/week. It was easy to assemble, at a good price for a basic machine.

It was easy to assemble when it arrived. It has many features of the larger and more expensive treadmills. The electronic controls are simple and easy to understand. There are several programs to provide different levels of workouts. It folds up easily and compact for our limited space. It is light weight and easy to move around. It does have manual incline adjustment which we don't mind since we typically set it and leave it. It has provided convenience during the colder, hotter, and wetter days when walking outside is not an option .

In early May we got the treadmill. I set out to assemble it and immediately ran into problems. I tried to contact the company but did not get a response. About 2 weeks later when I was back from a trip, I decided to try customer support once more. Within a day, I got a response. After a few emails, it was decided that I should return it. For the inconvenience of all this, they sent $50 to my PayPal account. So I got a replacement and this one works perfectly. This treadmill has the best functionality at a low price and is very lightweight as compared to the competition. I'm now very satisfied. In closing, be sure to keep the shipping box for awhile!

This treadmill is sturdy and compact. It fits perfectly in a closet and is easy to pull out and use. Set-up was fast, but don't try to force the machine to fold flat (I thought it folded flat and forced it, thereby scuffing the handrail padding). I like that it's relatively quiet and it adjusts for a slight incline (nothing steep).

I purchased my treadmill last September and use it every day. Assembly was easy and took less than one hour. I did have one minor problem and the customer service sent a replacement part. It’s been perfect since. I don’t use the easy stow feature but I have tried it and it’s simple to raise and lower. I recommend this product.

I purchased this treadmill September 2020 and everything was working great for about 8 months. After 8 months in the belt stop working. The treadmill turn on but the belt was not in motion. We quickly contact the company to resolve the issue. Their customer service team was wonderful. The response time was great and they quickly replaced our defective machine with a new one. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an in home treadmill.

I got this mid 2020 and it was easy to put together and worked great initially. However, over time the wear on the belt has made divots, it's like running on it caused the inner track to bend. It still works but only use for walking now so the divots don't get worse.

Good for the price

I bought this treadmill in the mid of 2020 as I can't go to the gym during the lockdown. And I have been running every other day (3-5 miles) since I received it. So far the treadmill has been performing very well and everything is as expected. My biggest concern was the noise and I worried if this treadmill would be very loud but it turned out it is not an issue at all.

I am writing this review to state that the quality of this treadmill is average. I ordered this treadmill last fall. It arrived with a bent side bar, but still operated. I reached out to customer service and they offered a 75$ partial refund for the damage, which I was grateful for. I used the treadmill nearly every day until February. It started to shut off randomly when I was using it. Very startling. Then one day the belt stopped moving and the engine started smoking whenever it was plugged in. It was toast. I contacted customer service and was given amazing help. They replaced the treadmill and sent me a new one at no charge. The quality of the treadmill is average at best, but the customer service has been excellent!

Oh my gosh Can I say this was the easiest simplest quickly assembled treadmill I’ve ever had. It was pretty much put together. This is a great first start treadmill great use for beginners and even for pros. My mother was so impressed she ordered one for herself definitely a good buy.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a treadmill, nor did I want it to take up a lot of room. This is the perfect model for my needs - I have it set up in my guest bedroom/home office and I love being able to jump on for 5 - 10 minutes throughout the day to get some steps in. The treadmil is very light, compact, and great price,but the best need ajustment every time you use because it move side to side and get stuck,sometime is slipery or loose, very dificult to walk or run hand free.

I am an avid 77 year old walker. Unfortunately, the winters up North are brutal and unkind to walkers. I received this treadmill as a gift at Christmas. Assembly was quick, easy and simple. It will be great to use during the rain in the summer as well. I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this wonderful treadmill!

I bought the treadmill during the pandemic when my gym was closed. It was the first treadmill I ever bought and was very happy with the product. It is small, compact and lightweight so perfect for the room I am using as a home gym. But the reason for writing this review is to commend this company on their outstanding customer service!! When I had questions about the treadmill the response was quick and helpful.

So great just needed it for my room very quiet and is small I wouldn’t recommend for an avid runner but perfect for daily walking and mild running.

I purchased this to get in some extra walking at home. I wanted something I could handle myself. Getting it into basement and assembly. Needed to be a smaller size than the traditional large ones. That worked perfectly. I'm 63 years old and overweight , not in the best of shape.

I got my first Treadmill in the middle of the winter because I couldn't run outside anymore and couldn't go to a gym because of the pandemic. I was able to put the whole thing together myself and it was small enough to fit in my townhouse. Unfortunately, I ran on it so much that the belt doubled over and broke after 2 months of use. I had no idea how to fix the malfunction, so I contacted the customer service and they sent me a completely new treadmill within a couple of weeks! I would highly suggest any of the treadmills, not only because their models are easy to use and perfect for an at-home workout but also because the company cares enough to help you out if anything goes wrong.

I purchased it for about a year now, and it is still working great. I have been using it about 2 - 3 times weekly and everything is still going fine. The only issue is the armrests are a bit in the way, if the track can be slightly wider, it would be better.

When we downsized into a townhouse several years ago, there was no space for our $2000 treadmill and we had to give it to our daughter. We are members of a YMCA and had no trouble getting enough exercise there.....until the pandemic shut the gyms down!!! While it was still warm, we could walk in the neighborhood, but we live in Minnesota where the warm season is limited..... On a tip from my wife's friend, I took a look at the Treadmill on Costway and bought it. It required some assembly and my wife actually helped to install the console. Over the last 6 months my wife and I have WALKED (we are in our late 70's afterall!) over 600 miles on the treadmill and it has performed beautifully with almost as much functionality as our more expensive model.

It was an easy set up. works well, the only thing that doesn't work is the pulse, not a big deal, because the rest of the treadmill works. I have only had it for 2 days now, sow e see how it will hold up.

It works fine for me. I’m a walker 3-4 mph. One hour per day. No problems at all. Easy set up. It’s meant for short people but I adapted. I only use the heart rate pulse meter 2-3 times during my daily one hour walk. Like I said, it’s built for really short people. Checking pulse means bending down.

So after spending a week of looking at other treadmills and doing my research I decided to go with this one despite all of the shipping complaints I was more concerned about the product versus the shipping. Starting with the product it was easy to put together very lightly easy to lift and put down and move. This is very great for a nice walk or jog not so much running the speed doesn’t get up that far to really run. It is quiet enough that my children can’t hear and other rooms other than the beeping of turning up or down the speed.

Just set it up, was super simple. Started it up and so far so good. Can't wait to try it out more.

Have this treadmill for about a week. It’s good for me, I’m a walker I get the speed up to 4.0 mph. I can’t say how it would hold up if you are running. The issue I have is you can’t completely fold it shut. Also I’m usually on for about 70 minutes and when I get off and fold it the belt it’s very warm. It’s good for what I need right now.

I love how compact this treadmill is! It takes so much less space than the old one I had before. The setup was easy, and it seems to work well! The area you walk on is a bit short for my 6' husband, but it works just fine for me (5'3"). Very happy!

The good is that it fits in small spaces. It was fairly easy to put together, but i needed help to pit on the handles. It goes from casual walking to running. It is really easy to operate and start. I'm recovering from a stroke and this is going to help me walk more and properly.

This is great for smaller spaces as it is a compact treadmill. I have had no problems with the length or width of the walking space. The assembly directions were terribly written but easy enough to figure out what should be done.

For the price it is awesome. It doesn't take up too much space but is wide enough to comfortably use it. The only difficult thing was setting it up. It's not hard to comprehend what to do but it does take 2 people (I'm weak). No regrets, I would recommend it.

The treadmill was not hard to put together at all. The handrails are a little tricky but if you follow the instructions it explains everything. I love that it isn't too big to put in the house or in a corner in the bedroom. The walking part pulls up and down so easily.

Treadmill is nice and easy to use. Box came with screws laying throughout not the greatest packaging. You definitely need two people for assembling. After using for about a week the tread would go under the rail and I could not adjust.

Light weight and compact. I had no problem putting it together. However the belt keeps moving to one side and you have to adjust it while you on it if you don’t want to stop to do it.

I bought this treadmill over a year ago and its been working fantastically! I remember when I got it it was heavy, but there was a straightforward instruction guide of how to put it together. Set up was easy, and the foldable function of it makes it more convenient for me to move it to different locations than the standard treadmill. The treadmill is easy to assemble overall. Plus the sturdiness of it pleasantly suprised me. I wasn't hoping much from reading mixed reviews but its been working fine for over a year, all the functions work, and holds well for a 190 pound man running on it. Only downside is that its a narrow treadmill so if im not focused and waver I end up scraping my shoe on the side of it. Great value for money but if you want something bigger you'll have to spend more.

Let's be honest, this is not the same as the $3000 treadmill at your local gym. It's a budget model, but if all you need is a basic treadmill it will do the job. I'm not sure how accurate the advertisements showing people jogging are, but I just needed something that will let me take a leisurely 30 minute walk when the weather isn't cooperative and this is fine for that. I will say the assembly instructions are pathetic. I actually put one of the supports on the wrong way because there is literally no instructions on how to put it on correctly. The plastic caps that cover the screws on the handles just sort of sit on top and can be knocked off easily. I thought they would have snapped on somehow, but no. However, nobody sees it but me, so no big deal. Not for marathon training, but probably OK for basic walking programs.

It’s a perfect size running machine for my little gym, easy to set-up, lightweight to move around, can be folded when not use. Purchase to help me lose weight since we have strict restrictions on outdoor activities due to COVID-19, plus go gym wearing a mask is suffocating when exercising. I purchased this treadmill because I want to lose weight. It was very easy to put together and fold up when not in use. The unit works great in general. I had it for a week now and its running smoothly. At low speed it is very quiet. When a higher speed it is not very loud either. Will recommend it to my friends.

This treadmill is clearly built for an adult but doesn't take up a bunch of space like the huge ones at the gym. It works efficiently, wasn't extremely difficult to put together, and is sure to get into shape. Very pleased with the ease in assembling. I am 69 years old & love the pre-set programs. They work extremely well for beginners who have been getting very little exercise for the past several months! Great way to exercise without going outside & battling the elements!

Product was easy to put together the handlebars tool a little effort, but if you have help you can do it. I did it by myself and you need to make sure you don't cross thread the bolts, very quiet operation, So far well worth the money.

I was looking for a compact treadmill and this one came up in my search. After reading the specs, I decided to go this treadmill for myself. I am very pleased with this product. I received it super fast, it was easy to install, it is light and compact.

The Treadmill was easy to set up and overall has a simple structure which is nice if I ever have to maintain or fix anything. It also has adjustable incline which is cool.

I’ve had this treadmill for about a month , everything worked well but I recently noticed when I was walking it felt bumpy underneath the treadmill mat I noticed it was cracked and I don’t know how cause all I did was walk .

I was surprised how small this treadmill really is. I got it because I did want a space saver that my 220 lb Grandson could use. I just got it yesterday so I cannot give an honest review of all the features. I know the instructions for assembly could be a little clearer and the panel is scratched up like someone else used it. I will let you know how it goes as time goes on.

This treadmill was super easy to set up, I could do it in less than 15 minutes. It's light and works nicely. The displays are good & are intuitive. The preset modes are good for various types of workouts. Once folded up, it can be moved to any room corner without taking much space. The walks & runs are quite sturdy & machine doesn't make any noise or vibrations. Overall happy with the purchase!!

We needed a treadmill for a small apartment mainly to use for walking when the weather turns cold out doors. It is the perfect size, easy to use and surprisingly quiet. We purchased a rubber mat to use underneath the treadmill. It is easy to change the incline manually. It is narrower than a standard treadmill and the belt bed is shorter, so it probably wouldn’t be best for taller, long legged people who want to run on a treadmill. It is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to fold up and bring back down.

I enjoy the use of my Treadmill. It was easy to assemble, easy to move around and is easy to store. Though the treadmill looks big and intimidating, it is very lightweight allowing it to be moved about. You can even apply adjustments to it to tighten or loosen the walking belt. Buttons and operational use is easy too. For the price, it has been an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

This is a nice little treadmill while the the gym is closed. Fully recommend if all you want to do is jog/walk/run. That being said, I'm pretty sure the calorie count is off (it reads about half the calories for comparable jogging at the gym).

The biggest reason I bought this particular treadmill is the size/stability and price. I’m 6 ft tall 200 lbs so I needed a treadmill that was sturdy and good size yet still be able to fold up to save space. This ended up checking all those boxes. The others online in this price range were either to small or seemed wobbly. It took a bit of time to assemble but it was not difficult, pretty straight forward. Only thing I miss is a calorie counter but that’s fairly minor.

I have NEVER been an indoor walker or runner..but due to Corona, I can't get out as much because I am homeschooling my child and working from home. I was hesitant to buy a treadmill because i am used to an hour and a half walk and that walk, kicking mu butt !! This treadmill is a hard workout !! In a good way !! I run and walk and get an amazing workout !! I absolutely give this 5 stars !!!!!

This treadmill is perfect for small spaces and is very easy to use. I was happy with the directions and thought it was easy to put together. The belt part, though, doesn’t move smoothly. It feels like a very subtle stop and go feeling as I’m walking.

This is a very reliable and affordable treadmill compared to others online. My boyfriend found the instructions clear and very easy to assemble within 1 hour- 1.5 tops . This definitely does not take up a lot of space in our small sized room and great to have during this pandemic!

Bought this treadmill this spring and it is everything I was looking for: easy to fold/move around but still wide and strong enough for my stride (I'm 5'8" and approx 220 lbs), all at a decent price. It folds up nicely and is perfect for an apartment.

Great value for the price. I’ve had it a couple months and it’s still working with every day use. It is good for small areas and thus lighter so if you want to put it on hard floor i’d recommend a carpet so it doesn't scoot around when in use.

Easy to assemble but dont remove the band that's around the running belt until you have finished assembling the treadmill and it is in the ready to use position. Treadmill was no problem.

This is a great budget treadmill to use if you're into jogging and endurance. It doesn't go fast enough to sprint on, but if you're like me, it's perfect for long-distance running in the basement, office or wherever. My only complaint is the board cracked on me twice, but customer service sent me a new unit each time without issue.
