The item arrived very quickly. There was an issue with the original item, but the seller was very quick to respond and have a replacement sent! Excellent customer service and an awesome umbrella.

We love the size and ease of use, but we barely had wind and it was wabbly and moving around even when it was locked. We desperately needed the shade but we feel that we will only be able to use it if there is no wind, not even a small breeze can happen. And in Florida I dont think thats possible.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this umbrella was when we set it up since it was less expensive than I have seen else where. It is very large (11 x 13) and adequately covers the patio couch and chairs. So much better than my last one. Sturdy construction, but it is aluminum so use your judgement if in a windy area but definitely much better than our last one. Love the zipper pockets for the rods/poles. Makes it so much easier to put them in and not tare the pocket. I love how you can adjust the angle to assure shade depending on sun angle. Even though we don't really have use for the 360 spin of the umbrella, it is a very nice feature to have especially with the foot pedal to operate the motion. The only con, which are more words of caution, is that you need to have very heavy duty weights to avoid tipping on a windy day. We had 100 lb (total) weights and it did blow over once. We have to get additional weights to make sure that doesn't happen again as we live in a windy area. As of now I Love it and am very happy with this umbrella. Will update if anything changes.

On our first day, a mild wind came up (10 mph) and the umbrella portion was tipping all over the place, because of the wide span. We got it to cover our swim spa as my wife burns easily. The 100 pound plus of sand and water put into the black reservoirs weren't safe enough; we had to increase it to 700 plus pounds of weight to hold it down (the base was wobbling at 560 pounds). We also had to tie the opposite corners (kitty corner)of the umbrella arms (with 1/4" nylon rope) to our fencing to make sure it wouldn't fold back or flip up. The 4 arms that are installed before you open it fully have the screws put in at the factory, but you have to use care when removing them to re-install them; they can strip easily. The quality of the fabric and the metal finishing look nice. Not sure how long it will last; as we live in the high desert area of Arizona. I had to laugh when it said "Read the instruction carefully", all you get are pictures for instructions. I gave it a low star due to the safety factor.
