It feels professional. It mimics a real biking experience, even mountain bike - when adjusted through different levels. When I bike, it swings slightly side to side, because of the springs at the button on the back of the bike. However, never once did I feel unsafe on this bike. In fact, I place it right at the edge of my raised backyard porch - trying to save space. It runs very quietly. I actually use this bike to exercise early in the morning and my friend who sleeps in a room with the window open, directly outside is the backyard porch - where the bike is, and she doesn't hear the bike at all. I imagine that I can even have this bike inside our home and not feel that while I exercise I wouldn't disturb anyone’s peace. The base is very stable and strong. The bike can hold up to 265 lbs. I already feel much better and stronger every week. I feel my muscles are tighter and that my fat areas are reduced. There are resistance levels that are adjustable and adaptable to the exercise. It’s very helpful when i want to challenge myself with sessions vs days that I just want to have a lazy exercise. I try my best to use this bike 5 days a week. Another thing about this bike is the safety feature. There is no exposed wheel, so it is safe from things getting caught in the running wheel while in operation. The shock absorption springs reduce the vibration while being used. It gives me more comfort while riding this bike than the real bike. The available swing motion is the star of the show for this bike. It helps tighten my loose belly. Ha! The two curved big handles on both sides are comfortable. They are not too padded, and not completely hard plastic. They are very spacious so they are good bars to hold on when I'm sitting down or standing up while riding it. They are also good for different heights. The electronic display panel is very helpful to get my data for my sessions. It records time, distance, speed, pulse and calories burned. It helps me to track my progress. There are also big tablet holder and 2 drink holders. Very good bike, overall!
