I originally bought this ice maker foe my Japanese Restuarant, but after setting it up, I realizes it wasn't quite large enough to keep up with commercial demand. Instead of returning it, I brought it home, and honestly, it turned out to be the perfect fit for home use. We love using it when we have family gatherings or parties. It makes plenty of nugget ice, so we never have to worry about running out, even with a house full os guest.

My first impression is very positive. It arrived well-packaged and looks exactly as described. The machine feels solid and well-made, and the stainless steel finish looks great. Setup was simple, and I’m excited to start using it soon. Looking forward to seeing how it performs!

The ice maker coming in perfect time to for my daughter birthday day party at home. It makes great amount ice for the party, I was happy the performance and hooked it on a day before I needed it. Installation was very easy and come with water filter is a plus. Also it comes with inlet water and drain line. I put it on the kitchen next to sink so I have water source and drain. It makes perfect ice little smaller and makes the drink cold so fast. It was good amount of ice we use during the party.

Really happy with this ice marker so far! It makes ice faster than what I expected and keep up well even when we have guests over. The adjustable ice thickness is a nice feature, especially for drinks and iced coffee. It also pretty quiet while running. perfect size and looks great in the kitchen . The self cleaning function makes maintenance very easy. Great quality for the price and worth it.
