    A wonderful chair! I found its waist support foam is thicker than most of chairs that I've experienced in shopping mall. Big brands like Cozzia/ Ogawa are too expensive for me. This one has better price during their Blackfriday sales and I think its massage also make me comfortable. I believe I'll have a nice Christmas holiday with it this year! Great investment!

    Been looking around to buy a massage chair for quite some time. Before buying a massage chair, I made a decision to test and experience in a local retail store. I tested a number of massage chairs at Clear Bay and decided to buy this Costway massage chair. The testing was a wonderful experience. Smooth sailing after that.They delivered it to our home and installed it for us at no extra cost. So far, the chair runs very well. Highly recommend Costway chairs.

    As one who works long hours and suffers from sore muscles and stiffness, I'm glad to own this massage chair. It's a true lifesaver! Different massage programs are fantastic and really helpful in relieving the tension or pain I have. Waist heating is also great and provides extra relaxation for my muscles. 5 stars on the chair and 4 stars on service due to the loooong shipping time.
