10/16/2024I really love this nugget ice maker. Love that it just continues to make ice, ice ready all the time. It does take a little longer to make than what is listed and it doesn’t quite make as much as listed. But it does the job. It’s super easy to clean

Best Invention Ever!
10/16/2024It makes ice quickly and refills itself.It is a bit noisy when it’s making ice, but it’s fun to watch! Once it’s done making ice, the maker is virtually silent.Absolutely love it! I have been using it for a while now and w haven’t had no problems with it at all!! Love it!

Furthermore appreciated is the efficient self-cleaning method. providing my whole family chewable, brittleness ice. Long lines for our cold, icy beverages are no more today. - Q:Just got it set up and filled it but it sounds like it is cycling through but then flashes to add more water when I can’t. It has yet to make ice. Any suggestions?
- Q:how to clean ice maker machineA:This ice maker has a self-cleaning function.Here is the method to thoroughly clean this ice maker: 1. Move the machine to the edge of the desktop, then put a container under the desktop, unplug the water drain cap to drain the water inside the unit. 2. Reinsert the water drain cap, take out the water tank. 3. Then use the water to rinse the inside parts, and drain out the water by unplugging the drain cap on front bottom side. 4. The outside of the ice maker should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent solution and warm water. 5. Dry the interior and exterior with a clean soft cloth. 6. When the machine is not to be used for a long time, drain water completely & dry the interior.
Costway representative - Q:My ice tastes like chemicals. I have emptied the ice and cleaned it and I am still having the same issue. What could be causing this?A:There are 2 plugs on the bottom to clean. Usually, the big plug is pulled out and it is fine, the small silicone plug use is the water produced by melted ice, not pulled out over time will overflow from the front tray. It is recommended that after 24 hours of use, the plug is pulled out when not in use, to develop this habit will not have an odor.

When the ice box is full, the ice making will stop; when the ice cubes melt, and the ice making will be opened again.
