This chair is very very comfortable. I have a bad back and my old office chair was coming apart at the seams so I got this as a replacement. The neck pillow is nice. The vibrating lower back pillow is also nice. It is powered via USB, so I can plug it right in to my computer. The footrest is more of a calfrest but it is also comfortable. Highly recommend.

This chair is very comfortable as an office chair. Since working from home, my office chair wasn't cutting it. This chair has a lot of cushioning. The arm rests and and back of the chair are adjustable. The lumbar cushions help my posture since I am sitting more than ever.I had an issue with the stitching of the massage support cushion and the seller replaced it right away. Great customer service!

So I love this chair, everything is so adjustable. I wish the arm rests could slide in and out as needed, the reclining is nice, it’s very comfortable for my wife and son, but me being 6’4 fully lates back I feel like I’m going to fall over, and the foot rest as well isn’t designed for my height. With those exceptions I love this chair. Amazing value for the price. And assembly was pretty simple.
