    This is a very good japanese futon mattress, and I highly recommend this one if that is what you want - it is exactly what I expected and it is a very comfortable sleep for me. This is not a typical mattress - it is designed to be on the floor and be quite firm as a result. I think it is absolutely great and exactly what I expected. If you want a japanese futon mattress, this one fits the bill and I recommend it.

    It’s comfy. It’s like a Japanese floor mattress, made to add a bit of comfort to spending your sitting time on the ground. It could also be used on a too thin/blow up mattress for extra comfort. Camping or beach trips are a good idea for it too!
