Assembly goes smoothly. Just follow the instructions.

Everything went well with the chair assembly until the last bolt. It would only go about a third of the way into the frame. I tried again and again, even tried a brand new spare bolt they provided, but it didn't work. I tried calling their customer service, but the line was always busy. I checked their email and described the problem. They responded within a few hours, asked a few questions, and then said they would provide a replacement for the frame. Today (just a few days later) the part arrived and everything works great! Good Value for Money: I compared it to other products reviewed and this one is worth it considering the price and the good reviews.
