I am from Montreal (Quebec Canada) and I was not sure to place the order because I suspected that I would have to pay for the return if the chair did not suit me. Finally, I took a risk and placed my order on August 5, 2023 and received it on August 10, 2023. It was super fast. The chair was not easy to assemble, you need 2 people otherwise it will be hard. We were SO impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the chair. It is padded so very comfortable. The seat is wide and the backrest is long to support the head. The backrest can be completely folded flat. We live in a condo and the balcony isn't very spacious so I can't get a normal lounge chair. This model is retractable, I can extend the ottoman to the length I want to stretch my legs and read my book outside when the weather is nice and I LOVE IT!!!! Thank you for this product, it’s really great! I recommend 100%
