    Comfortable and quality construction. Once we figured out the assembly process, the other three chairs assembled smoothly. The instructions were missing some key details.

    It's nearly impossible for one person to put it together. It's so big and bulky, it's like trying to hold an octopus. The instructions are just pictures, and don't explain that you need an extra hand to hold the legs while you put the screws in. And you need a bigger screwdriver - one that ratchets. The wrench they include is cute, but you need better tools. I've been working on it for 40 minutes and I still haven't put it together. I need a drink now!

    When the item arrived, several parts were manufactured incorrectly and could not be assembled. Two of the four chairs were not functional due to this parts manufacturing issue. Customer service could not be contacted. Do not order these products.
