    This ice maker was such an upgrade from the last one we ordered on here. The last one we ordered was cubed ice and we were wanting something different.this new ice maker is Pellet ice it is great ice, keeps drink cold and soft pellets easy to chew. We still have our other cubed ice machine we bought off here 6 years ago. It still runs great. Costway products are awesome and last!!! We’re excited we got this new pellet ice maker! Our whole family of 5 give it 10/10!!

    It does not keep the ice frozen. It has an insulation function but does not have a refrigeration capability. Therefore, it is recommended to remove the ice once it is made and place it in your freezer to prevent it from melting.

    how to clean ice maker
    A:
    This ice maker has a self-cleaning function.Here is the method to thoroughly clean this ice maker: 1. Move the machine to the edge of the desktop, then put a container under the desktop, unplug the water drain cap to drain the water inside the unit. 2. Reinsert the water drain cap, take out the water tank. 3. Then use the water to rinse the inside parts, and drain out the water by unplugging the drain cap on front bottom side. 4. The outside of the ice maker should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent solution and warm water. 5. Dry the interior and exterior with a clean soft cloth. 6. When the machine is not to be used for a long time, drain water completely & dry the interior.
