I purchased a very similar chair to this as mine is no longer available. When I tried to assemble the chair, I found the seat and the seat connector to the post did not fit. I wrote Costway, explained my problem and they promptly sent me the correct piece needed to complete the assembly. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Costway both their products and especially their customer service.
