1. Free Standard Shipping is applied for some postcodes.

Shipping Locations

1. We ship to the whole Canada except NT, NU, and YT.

2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

3. We do not deliver to areas where the postcodes start with A0K, A0P, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, V0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, and Y1A.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or trucks.

Delivery Time

The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours.

The fulfillment of the delivery will take 5 to 10 days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items.

When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case that you don't like the item after you buy it or you place a wrong order.

3.The item that weights less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS and for those more than 150lbs, we will use Truck shipment.
