    Summer is coming, I need to lost the weight then wear the pretty dress, so I decided to buy one active bike at home. I try 3 weeks already twice a day everytime half hours also after 8 pm not eating anything only water. I lost almost 10 lb, is amazing I guess only way I can lost the weight is exercise move u bady and control what you eating, everytime when I take cycling bike I alway watching TV or listen the music. Hope I can keep going working on my bike then lost more weight. Have a nice summer!
