- Q:I have this chair i bought it off of amazon and have a 5yr warranty on it i have had it about 3 yrs and it goes up and down very slow the number on it is \HW57336 iS IT Possible that the transformer is going bad and if so can i get a replacement for it or if you have any other suggestions as to why it might go up and down very slow i would appreciate it. I have done my best to be very careful with it and i am the only one who uses it. If a replacement transformer is the problem how do i go about gettiing that part?
