05/22/2024Folding up and down is a breeze with a press of your foot. Speed is like an average treadmill. The motor is quiet where I don’t disturb others. Appearance is nice. It’s not a heavy duty treadmill and not too small either it’s a great walking treadmill for me since having a baby. It’s simple and not too complicated to use.

01/15/2024This item is perfect for me. I wanted something simple that was decently priced. I wouldn’t call it easy you unless two people are putting it together, but it’s definitely not difficult for one person. I was able to put it together by myself in less than 30 minutes out of the box. Just pay attention to directions of which ends to connect.

Costway representative - Q:What can I do if it turns on but won’t start?A:Open the motor cover and the electronic watch cover and check whether the communication line connecting the upper and lower control is broken. The plug inserted in the upper and lower control is removed and replugged.
