    The hose reel is so great to use. 10 times better than the old plastic one I used to have. Very heavy duty. Easy to crank in hose if it is lined up with the reel.This is a great piece of equipment. This is one of the best purchases I made! I like transporting my hose between my front and back yard. It makes life easier.Very sturdy and works well. I would highly recommend this equipment.

    This is really convenient. Before I bought it, my garden hose was just lying on the floor. I water trees, vegetables and flowers every morning. These watering areas are also larger. I drag the hose around every day. It gets tangled up easily. It takes time to untangle the tangled parts. It\'s too much trouble. Now with it, these problems are solved. I don\'t have to worry about the hose entangling easily. I don\'t have to worry about clutter. It also saves time and effort. It has wheels. Just give it a little push. It\'s so convenient. And the quality is good. Whether it\'s in the front yard or the back yard, it\'s convenient. Looks neat. The mood is good.

    This was super easy to install, I love the ease of putting the hose away just pull on the hose then it winds up itself. You can pull the pin and the entire thing just comes off the bracket, the value for the money is really good

    The blue is very very pretty! It has a very good thick painting. It’s heavy no doubt, but the wheels works very well. Haven’t used it yet, waiting for the spring.Even it doesn’t work well, it still a beautiful decoration in my garden.

    We have a new hose reel cart. It want together easily, but our brand new 3/4 hose will not hook up with that long thing. It is where our hose is supposed to hook in. We had it on the cart and could not get the hose to hook into it. So my husband took it back off and tried to plug it in. It will not insert far enough to be connected. How do i do that?
    A:
    There are two connection methods, one is to directly connect the water pipe with a 3/4 \"male connector, and the other is to connect the water pipe without a connector, and then fix it with accessories, as indicated in our picture.

    Got it put together got my 200 foot of hose on it and when I connected to my water source, I cannot unroll it or reel it in because the coupler that supposed to spin freely does not, and when I reel it, it spins the hose That goes to my water source and it just wraps everything up and then I have to keep coming back and unwrapping it and that is totally unacceptable s
