The whole frame is made of steel and it also comes with ample slats, both realize a strong load capacity of 660 lbs as well as sufficient support for your mattress without a box spring. As a reminder, the recommended thickness is 8”-12”. When you lie on it and turn over, you will find there is few noises. Because an included mute bar greatly reduces frictions between slats and frame. Anti-slip and adjustable pads enhance overall stability for a wobble-free position. Finally, you can install all slats only by your hands, saving much time and effort.

    It was super easy to put together. We moved and it was easy to put together and take apart, haha. It's super sturdy. The only problem was that I used hardwood and it was hard to slide it. It made no noise at all. Love this frame

    I bought the king size and it was easy to assemble once I followed the instructions and the bed is nice and sturdy

    Very sturdy. I lost the instructions and I'm not mechanically savvy but still assembled it myself. The king size does seem a little long, closer to a California king. So even with a large wedge pillow my pillow always falls behind it.
