Shipping Information
● We offer FREE standard shipping in the US and Canada for massage chairs. Standard shipping includes placement inside your front door or garage. Delivery can only be made inside the front door on the ground floor of multi-level housing. NOT INCLUDED: Placement in your room of choice, removal of packing materials and assembly are NOT included.
● We provide white glove service include: placement in your room of choice, removal of packing materials, installation and power test. There will be an extra charge for white glove service.

    Is there an option for ‘airbag only’ and are the rollers’ width adjustable? For users with scoliosis, i think these features are important.
    A:
    There is no airbag only program in the automatic program, the AIRBAG option in the manual program can be selected. The automatic program cannot adjust the roller width by adding knocking, punching, and rolling, while the other manual programs can choose the massage width.
