"So we finally took delivery of our Costway-2024 Model-Relaxation 29. My wife has been wanting to invest in a decent massage chair. And just by looking at it, the money is well worth it. First of all, we went to RELAXACARE at Burlington where Alyssa, the store rep, showed us the different models that we could try. Yes folks, they have a store with lots of chairs for you to try. I am not talking about a just a few chairs, I am talking about dozens of them in store. Alyssa was very patient and accommodating with all our endless questions. There is no sales pressure at all, she will ask you what it is that you are looking for and will suggest the models based on your preference. Now for that week, they had the JL10029 on sale, which I do believe is still on going as of this review writing. I can tell you from just looking at this model, it was definitely well built and very, very sleek. The wife and my daughter tried it right away and didn’t even bother looking at the other models. To be fair, the promo offered 50% off for a brand new unit which COSTWAY just released. The delivery timeframe was also quick. We ordered and paid on a Sunday and took delivery about 4 days later. Other companies I do believe take at least 2 weeks. The delivery team, led by Colin, was also accommodating and responsive. Colin would make it a point to call the day before, update you the morning of the delivery date, and provide text updates every now and then, which most deliveries don’t do at all. They were very quick in bringing the chair inside and they were very careful and deliberate in their movements. Colin made sure that everything was working well before they left. I give Alyssa and Colin 10 out of 5 stars for superb, excellent customer service. You guys are awesome! As for the chair, we are currently enjoying it, and the wife is on cloud nine every time she uses it.

It seems I'm the first one to leave a review. Let's give my suggestions. Intensity: super soft! I love soft intensity to relieve my muscles. Outlook: nice and modern design. Large screen for easy access. Massage Program: a lot of programs! I tried all of them and I enjoy "comfort" most. Though there are many programs, I use 1-2 programs often. I believe all guys can find their favourite program. Conclusion: Strongly recommend! 3-year warranty is quite good and I get my extra gift box. Nice service, too!
