I got tired of hurrying downstairs to the laundry room in my apartment building to immediately find that most of the machines and dryers were always being used or constantly in need of repair, not to mention the cost of spending upwards of $4.50 per large load. I was very skeptical at first in believing a machine of this size could sufficiently wash my clothes and after an exhaustive search and looking at so many reviews of different brands, I settled on this one and I am so glad I chose this brand and model. I love the many different wash options in addition to selecting the water input level option. I was also concerned about the hose outlet efficiently draining the water but I have not had any issues , the water pumps out very well. This machine is housed in my bedroom within the foyer area next to the bathroom which is inches away, so I have an 8ft hose to hook up the machine to the sink and the water drainage hose easily reaches the toilet to remove the water. It’s a perfect setup. I have a very large bedroom and it fits snugly into the corner with a small black and decker dryer. I relocated a dresser which was used in the same space before I purchased the washer and dryer. I cannot be more pleased with this washing machine. No more running downstairs to the laundry room hoping there are machines available, not to mention the money I’m saving over the long term.

The day after I got it, I was washing clothes. It is fairly quiet. This washer fits a lot of clothes. I wear a 3x and for 1 load, I had 3 pair of pants, 1 sweat pants, one shirt and socks & underwear. It actually fits more than I expected. I love it!

Easy to assemble

The size is perfect for me. It can only hold about two or three adult women (medium sized)outfits, but it works for me. It works normally and was a very easy assembly process. Not a very loud wash either. I love the way the lid closes... cute.

This washing machine is such a life saver!!! I live in a two story apartment and it’s such a pain having to haul loads of laundry up and down the stairs because we only have a shared laundromat at my complex. Now I can wash my clothes whenever and don’t have to break my back doing it. It gets all the stains out and leaves my clothes smelling fresh and wonderful!!! I’m so happy that my husband and I decided to buy this!

This is normal. Opening the lid during washing will cause power outage. If you need to open the lid, press Pause first, then open the lid. It is generally recommended to add softener before the last rinse. You need to pause the washing machine, pour softener, and then press the start button to continue running.
