    My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift because te brakes on my former convertible walker’s brakes failed. This one looks very nice. Is easy to push and stores well. I just have to pull the handle on the seat up and it folds itself conveniently. This saves space in my apt and helps to fit it in cars. It is also great in restaurants, as I can usually fold it and keep it near by. When we’re out and my pain gets bad, I can simply reverse the bowed back rest and turn the foot rests on their hinges and voila! a wheel chair. This is my second one of these as an airline lost one of the footrests in transit and replaced the whole walker. Next time I’ll remove the footrests before checking it as they fall off easily if not upright. This walker comes with a handy storage bag for carrying things in. When I get to my destination, I can easily slip it off and it becomes a shoulder bag. I’m happy with this purchase.

    I love your rollator. Well built and less expensive than similar products. Two of the triangle knobs have fallen off. These are #3 in the parts list in Figure 1. Where can I order replacements? Thank you.

    I received my item today and assembled, but I gave 1 issue. In product description said that have easy pressing button for adjusting height, no button here and I need to adjust for my height and I can’t without button. So? How this works?

    There should be a marble in the area where the foot tube is adjusted which we circled on the attached picture, but the marble in the product which you did not pop out. Could you please move the root canal up and down, the marble should pop out?
