    Pull Armrests to Adjust

    I have a bad back and needed a comfortable chair for reading in that I could adjust to meet my pain needs. I chose this chair because it was adjustable and because it had armrests, both things that are hard to find in a chair at this price point. I'm 180lbs and it suits me just fine. It's light enough to move around easily, which I appreciate. I can feel that it can't stand up to abuse, however. I have it leaning against a board to prevent stress on the frame. The blue color matches my other furniture nicely, very inoffensive. The material feels like plastic but thick enough to be durable. Overall, I give it 5 stars. Thought was put into the design and ergonomics of the chair. If you are on the smaller side it works but if you are in the big and tall category, you might need to find something with a heavy steel frame. The instructions vary but pull the armrests to adjust it.

    Quality of life improved!

    I was looking for something like a bean bag with which I could sit and read, browse on my tablet, and etc when I came across this floor chair. It turned out to be a game changer. Not only it's so comfy to sit on, but also I could take a nap on it. the back and armrests are solid and support the body weight well. It looks great too. The shipping only took 3 business days. Overall very happy with the purcase.

    The customer service is excellent. The chair I bought is very comfortable and of very good quality. The shipping/delivery was free and prompt! Unfortunately, I had to return the chair because i am a bit too big for it. The response to my request for return was rapid and very satisfying (also free to me and at company's expense). I am very pleased with Costway and I will definitely purchase from them again.
