    bought this bike and it's been great riding it around town. It's equipped with a large motor with a peak power of up to 1000 watts, which provides plenty of power for both city commuting and leisure riding. It can reach a top speed of 2 mph, which is perfect for keeping up with traffic or enjoying a ride in the park. It has a built-in 48-volt removable battery, which can travel up to 50 miles on a single charge, depending on the terrain and riding conditions. The easy charging and removable battery design also adds convenience to riding, especially for those who live in an apartment or have difficulty accessing charging stations. The adjustable stem design is particularly practical, and the stem can be adjusted to personal preference, providing a comfortable riding experience. It uses a 26-inch straddle-style frame, which is easy to get on and off, especially for stop-and-go city riding. The bike is equipped with a 7-speed transmission system, which is flexible to adapt to different terrains. The rear rack is a nice addition, which is perfect for carrying groceries or backpacks. I really like this electric bike and its light blue appearance has also received many compliments.

    Why did you choose this product over others? : Great bike, I ride it for a 9 mile daily commute and never had a problem. Can go up to 30 mph. Best value for money, only downside is the rear suspension squeaks and should be replaced. Other than that no complaints.

    Even if it's not as advertised, it's still good value for money

    My son loves his e-bike! He says it rides smoothly, charges quickly, and is great value for money. However, the power may not be what is officially listed, the maximum power is about 1250 watts, and the headlights are not what is advertised. Although the price is reasonable, it is not as advertised.

    My bike was going 30mph now it will only go 15 mph. Nothing was changed. Any suggestions?
    A:
    It sounds like your bike may be in a speed limit mode, which can restrict its maximum speed. To unlock the speed, please follow these steps: 1. Hold down the right brake lever and switch on the engine. 2. Wait for about 15 seconds while holding the brake lever. 3. Release the brake lever and then try turning the speed control handle again. This should help restore the bike's speed capability. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know!
