    I did not realize the sleeve holding the umbrella pole is plastic

    Unfortunately I live in a high wind area, so I needed to return this product. Plastic is no match for high winds, and we often don't know the winds are coming to pull the umbrellas out of the stands. The company is good to work with. If you have a fairly sheltered area, I would recommend this product.

    Plastic is too soft. Umbrella droops way over , I’ve tried using wedges, but finally have two blocks holding it up straight. Threw the box away, or would have sent back
