This is a great recumbent exercise bike. The seat is very comfortable and I use it quite often. It was fairly easy to assemble, the instructions were great, and it is very quiet when in use. It has a computer that shows you relevant metrics like pulse and time, and although it does show distance traveled, I still didn't notice how much it moved.
