    I have an adjustable height standing desk with three settings. I am bored of the sitting-standing rotation. I bought this kneeing chair so that I can sit, knee, and stand while working in front of computer. Kneeing is really helping my back and core muscles. I also find out a good stretch for the back if I lie on my stomach on the sitting pad.

    After using this chair for about 1 month: Pros: 1. very good for my back, better than the traditional chair 2. it comfortable with a large area of soft cushion Cons : 1. the user manual should be a bit clearer, but overall the assembly is about 20 mins. Overall, I recommend this product !

    This chair is so cute. I love shaking when I sit on it. The material is comfortable too, soft for my knees. It really helped my lower back pain. Now I can even sleep better. I will continue using it when I work for a long time.
