The installation process was very simple according to instructions; we spent about 10 minutes making sure the cup holder was on your left-hand side; the label in our box was wrong. The chair has 3 angels to adjust, we usually just set it up with 90 degree as she uses sitting it for homework and using computer. she loves the massage function.
