We can fit two pairs of ski boots (women's and men's) on this dryer, the trick is to stagger the boots to even out the weight distribution so that one corner of the dryer doesn't topple over. There is only one heat setting once turned on, with the choice of a timer or just "on" until you turn it off manually. This has been fine for us, and we usually have the timer on for 120mins to thoroughly dry our ski boots.
