    I bought this planter this spring, about 5 months ago. I did not give it a stain this spring because I did want products around my veggie plants. I love the design but unless I treat the wood with some type of weather protection I don't think it will make it a full year. We did have rain almost everyday for about a month and it took it's toll on the overall appearance. I wish I had paid more and bought a box made from cedar. If you buy plan on treating it with some kind of protection before you plant.

    I recently got this and it appears that there isn't any drainage hole. So, I'm guessing I need to put holes in it myself???????? Very misleading on that aspect of it.
