Easy to assemble, and is a great value treadmill. I am a heavier guy and have knee problems from sports so running outside ia an issue to me. This treadmill works as good as the one at gym. Now it makes me do more exercises everyday and I love it!

Press the plus/minus buttons and turn on the computer, then it starts directly in the normal mode.
