Great shelf, great product. Sturdy and durable, yet incredibly lightweight in the room. Assembly was easy. Agree with a previous post—don't tighten the screws all the way; tighten them about 90% when assembling the shelf, and only tighten all the screws once it's completely assembled. Followed the instructions. Everything works perfectly. My only regret is not choosing a larger size; I bought the 28.3-inch wide one, and now I'm convinced the 33.1-inch one is even better. Go for it, I definitely recommend it. Oh, and use the included straight-handle screwdriver tool; it's much faster than all the other screwdrivers we have. Thank you!

We bought this because we were tired of using a three-tiered bamboo shoe rack and throwing our backpacks on the floor, right here. After looking at the dimensions on the listing, I knew it would fit perfectly in this location and look great, too. And it did. It's incredibly well made, super sturdy, and the perfect weight. The only issue is the bottom cross braces. I haven't been able to use them. The pictures show why. Even so, I still give it a five-star rating!

This coat rack is exactly what I needed for organizing in a small space. It has tons of storage options for different types of items. Best of all, it was incredibly easy to assemble. I only needed help with the top section. All the parts were included and clearly labeled. They clearly took the time to review the instructions, as two part numbers were revised. I'm very grateful. Based on my initial experience, I recommend this product. It looks very sturdy, and I expect it to last a long time.

It met my expectations exactly! Assembly took about an hour, and it was super easy! It looks perfect by the door, perfect for quickly storing coats, bags, and shoes as you enter the house! The color is exactly as shown in the picture! Highly recommended!

Make sure all the nails and bolts are in place. It can be difficult to align them afterward.
