    We Love to hang clothes outside to dry in the summer. The top rail is great for shirts/tops drying on the hanger. Small webbed space at bottom for smaller items. It’s easy to fold and unfold.

    Great storage capacity and functionality as it can do so many things. Seems sturdy enough, I suppose as you don't try to overload it. We are a retired couple without a lot to use it. Would it work for a large family with lots of kids. Can't say, but it is perfect for us. Seems easy to use and was very easy to put together. J
