Changing 9 watt Bulb
08/21/2024Customer Service is EXCELLANT!! Had a problem trying to replace the 9 watt bulb and Verona was very helpful. The bottom of the bulb broke off and stayed in the socket. New bulb would not fit because bottom piece was still in the socket. See photo. Hope this will help others if they experience the same problem.

07/21/2024Have had a 100 gal outdoor water feature for a year. Despite cleaning the pump filters and replacing all of the water periodically within days the brown algae would make the water absolutely brown. I tried all sorts of chemicals for algae with no results. Could not see any of the rocks, fish, etc. just disgusting brown water. A friend told me I needed a UV light system. Did a lot of research and with some degree of skepticism I bought this pump about 3 months ago. The water was crystal clean within 4 days and has stayed that way ever since. I have used no chemicals since. This device is amazing.

Works great, even in a small pond!
06/28/2024When I first received this filter, I was put off by the size of it. I have a very small pond (40 gallons, 10 inches deep). When I set it up using the regular nozzle, it started spraying all the water out of the pond! But then I switched to the \"mushroom head\" nozzle, and it works great! It keeps the water super clean, and my fish are very happy! I\'ve had it for two months, and so far it is working flawlessly. I\'ve only cleaned it once so far, and that was just spraying it with the hose to clean the crud off of the outside filter pad. I was also pleasantly surprised at how long the cord is.

06/09/2024It was easy to install. It comes with a few attachments so you can get different spray patterns. Has a long cord to get to power. Overall,lt seems like a good buy. It will make a good addition to the pond.

- Q:Can this be hooked up with an ozone generator?A:This pond filter pump does not have an integrated ozone function, so it cannot be hooked up with an ozone generator.

It is designed for indoor use only, and exposure to outdoor elements may lead to operational issues. Therefore, it is best to avoid using this product in an outdoor cold plunge setting.
- Q:Does this have a diverter valve that can also run a pond spillway feature simultaneously with the fountain?A:The product does not include a diverter valve that allows for simultaneous operation of a pond spillway feature and a fountain.

Where can I buy JUST the sponge filter replacement?A:Unfortunately, we do not sell the sponge filter separately at this time. You may want to look for similar sponge filters that match the size of your current filter, which is 12" x 8.8" x 1.4" .

I unlock the two side tabs, as instructed, but the cover will not come off. It seems to be stuck at the right side of the end were the electrical cord goes in.
