    Instructions were 'iffy' but common sense will help. This chair is SO comfortable! The down side is that the USB cords given to use the heating part is so short I had to get an extra long charging cord for the lumbar and the neck. Other than that, my daughter liked this chair so much, she's buying TWO....one for home and one for her office. She has back issues and the heating is going to make a difference!

    Is there a way to turn the heat on and off without completely unplugging it? Also does it take a while for the heat to kick on? I've plugged this in and haven't got any heat in the chair just the charging base.

    It doesn't have an on/off switch, but you can use it with a rechargeable battery, so there's no restriction on the movement of the chair.And you can feel the heat of the headrest and lumbar support in about 10 minutes.
