It works well, down well bellow freezing temperatures. It's quiet! Elegant! The most important thing is: customer service is excellent. I had some issues with my unit and the response was very professional. I wish all the businesses would have such a great customer service. From the short hold times to resolution to your problem. Amazing!

Beginning in October of 2023 I purchased eight of these units for rentals. The heat and air work perfectly. People looking for mini-splits should be encouraged. These are easy to install and work great. The price is almost a third of price I was paying locally with my contractor discount for well-known, similar size mini-splits.

When it has reached the setting temperature, The air conditioner will stop running. You just need to set the temperature you want.
