10/03/2025Absolute garbage. It runs our 32 refrigerant, which is absolutely impossible to either buy or get a technician to work on.;With the money I’ve spent on trying to get the refrigerant for this unit, it would’ve been cheaper to throw this thing in the garbage and buy a complete new one.;Additionally, the brand name on the one I got is Cost Way, so just some random unit that was substituted for the one I actually ordered.;Unfortunately for me, I bought it during prime days and stored it for four months before I installed it so I’m stuck with it.

- Q:Hello, I'm in Ontario. I just have a small fully insulated shop in my garage which is about 9 x 11' so not a huge space so I am thinking the 9000 is plenty. Just wondering what the exterior temperature ratings are for these productsA:The 9000 BTU unit operates effectively in outdoor temperatures ranging from 5°F to 118.4°F for cooling, and it can handle outdoor temperatures as low as -7°C (19.4°F) for heating. However, please note that heating performance may decrease below this temperature, and the unit may stop running if the outdoor temperature drops significantly lower.
