High powered AC unit
01/05/2023This is such a high powered portable air conditioner unit. I bought this unit for my mother who lives in a 2 bedroom trailer and her central AC stopped working and we needed a large capacity AC that would work to cool her place down in this north carolina heat. The installation was super easy and everything to install is included. This air conditioning unit is very high powered. It has an LCD display and is very easy for my mom to use. It also has a 24 hour timer and a remote control so that she can operate without getting up. It is very energy efficient so it will not cost her much to run it. It puts out 10,000 BTU so it really does pack a punch. It has washable/reusable filters so no need to waste money. It also has fan and dehumidifier settings. Very pleased and highly recommend this AC.

Great AC unit
06/20/2025We used this unit to cool our server room. It was getting too hot and this was the perfect size and works great. We did find that we needed to use the external hose because of the amount of condensation.

Quiet, easy to install
10/06/2022I'm worried that it is difficult to install, but I were wrong. It is very easy to install with any kind of windows. However, it needs some small pieces of woods or cartons to fill up the space so that the air cannot go through outside. The air conditioner is quiet and cover up a large space. My room is about 25sqft, it makes air cool very fast.

- Q:This has worked well , all last summer. Quiet enough for my bedroom, at night and cools my fairly large room nicely. UNFORTUNATELY, I/we cannot find the exhaust hose, so can't use it yet this summer. I have extra hoses I could use, BUT cannot seem to find the fitting I need to attach it to the machine........ WHERE can I buy a replacement hose connector for the back of the unit??? (item #4 in the above photo) Please help!!

- Q:It ran for barely four hours, then quit and the "Full" light came on. I drained it, but it won't restart (every time I plug it in, it beeps and the "Full" light comes on again. What else should I try?

Or does it do something else?A:After the air conditioning ambient temperature reaches the set temperature, the compressor will automatically maintain a frequency, Wait until the ambient temperature and the set temperature difference is large when the start of the work It also uses less electricity.
