Exceptional value
01/12/2024My Yamaha died and low funds brought me to buy this digital piano/keyboard. With all the components (pedal, headphones) it seemed too good to be true. I was shocked at the quality, from the sturdy build & weighted keys to the sound quality. I doubt I will buy another Yamaha. I'm going to buy several more as this exceptional value will go fast.

Update about missing pedal
03/11/2023I put in about the missing pedal and WOW! an immediate response. No fuss no muss. They shipped me my pedal like lightning and was here in no time. I think it was Monica who catered to me, thanks Monica. The pedal was packaged so well you could throw it off the Empire State Building with no damage (literally). The missing pedal was not their fault but they handled it so well I give them 10 stars for the entire buying experience. I'll tell everybody to deal with them. By the way, it took me 15 minutes just to unwrap the pedal :)

Responsive company
02/20/2023I ordered a digital piano a few days ago but was forced to cancel the order for strange reason. Even though it was a Saturday when I cancelled, they were right on the ball and e-mailed me Sunday and told me the order is now cancelled and a full refund was already issued. Now that everything is straightened out on my end, I am extremely excited to purchase my keyboard again. Thank you Cost way for your quick response to the cancellation of the previous order and sorry for any extra work it caused you. I just now re-ordered another digital piano, and I can't wait for it to get here.

A fantastic choice for beginners and children
02/07/2023This Digital piano keyboard I received from @costway is a fantastic choice for beginners and children. Reasonably priced without compromising the quality. I was pleasantly surprised how attractive and well built this is for the price. My wife wanted to dabble with learning piano, but neither of us wanted to make a large investment. This takes a small footprint in a room and two people can easily move it to a closet for storage when not using it. My grandchildren run to this as soon as they get to our house. There are so many different choices that keep them interested. Kids can be a little rough on instruments like these, so I am impressed how well it is holding up.
