Installation was easy, even though I had to get into a very tight space in the attic. The light is bright, 4000k, and the fan works great, and is very quiet. I will be buying a few more to replace other fans in my home.

Everything can be done in the bathroom, as long as you can reach the exhaust and wiring. Everything pulls into the housing and then installs. The installation process was surprisingly easy and well designed. The instructions were not great and omitted some steps, but they were not difficult to understand.
